VIDEO Youngkin Responds to Student Walk Outs Over New Transgender School Policies – Binding Breasts

By Cassandra Fairbanks September 28, 2022

Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin’s office has responded to students walking out of school this week in protest of the new state guidelines for how schools handle transgender issues.

Earlier this month, the state’s Department of Education released new guidelines saying that sports teams should be based on biological sex and focused heavily on parental rights.

The policies are sharply different than the 2021 guidance issued by Democratic Governor Ralph Northam’s administration.

The new guidance asserts that “parents are in the best position to work with their children and, where appropriate, their children’s health care providers to determine (a) what names, nicknames, and/or pronouns, if any, shall be used for their child by teachers and school staff while their child is at school, (b) whether their child engages in any counseling or social transition at school that encourages a gender that differs from their child’s sex, or (c) whether their child expresses a gender that differs with their child’s sex while at school.”

Previously, schools were told that they could hide students “gender identity” from parents.

On Tuesday, students in Fairfax, Prince William, Loudoun, Arlington and Stafford counties walked out in protest of the new guidance.

Youngkin spokeswoman Macaulay Porter responded to the protests in a statement to Fox News.

“The guidelines make it clear that when parents are part of the process, schools will accommodate the requests of children and their families,”  Porter said. “Parents should be a part of their children’s lives, and it’s apparent through the public protests and on-camera interviews that those objecting to the guidance already have their parents as part of that conversation. While students exercise their free speech today, we’d note that these policies state that students should be treated with compassion and schools should be free from bullying and harassment.”

Gov. Youngkin also defended the new rules during an appearance on Fox & Friends on Wednesday. He stated that he has no intention of reversing the policy.

“We first want to love every kid,” Youngkin said. “And we want to make sure we’re protecting their dignity, and their privacy, and their safety. And the difference in what our policies are really focused on is indeed bringing parents fully in.”

“Biological boys shouldn’t be playing sports with biological girls,” Youngkin said. “It’s just not fair.”

The governor explained that the previous policy excluded parents from the conversation.

“The children don’t belong to the state,” Youngkin asserted. “They belong to families.”

High School Gender And Sexuality Clubs Encourage Teen Girls To ‘Bind’ Their Breasts

Written By BlabberBuzz | Friday, 30 September 2022

More and more American schools are sexualizing children.

They’ve taken it a step further by encouraging teens to bind their breasts, a practice known to pose health risks.

The Daily Caller states, “Schools in Minnesota, Maryland, California, Illinois, and Massachusetts are among the hundreds of schools that offer GSA clubs that promote “chest binding” — the practice of crushing healthy breast tissue — to teenage girls. Some schools, including Waltham High School in Massachusetts, raise money to purchase chest binders for teen girls who cannot afford them.”

Not only are they encouraging breast binders and buying, but organizations are also providing guidelines for girls that can’t wear chest binders, such as wearing two sports bras, according to The Daily Caller. These same guidelines teach girls how to breathe while wearing a chest binder. However, the guidelines acknowledge that it can be dangerous for teens.

The Daily Caller further states, “Chicago Public Schools informed students that ‘using a binder or tucking’ — the practice of concealing male genitalia —

‘during physical education can significantly positively impact student’s mental health.’ In the same guide, the District noted that binding ‘can also pose physical risks or limitations on the student’s body.’”

The Daily Caller points out, “Analysis from the Cleveland Clinic indicates that there is minimal data to determine the safety of chest binding practices. Side effects of chest binding include, but are not limited to, musculoskeletal issues such as “loss of muscle mass, postural changes, rib fractures, and shoulder popping.”

It’s terrific that schools are reaching out to provide a safe and healthy environment for everyone. However, they’re out of line when they encourage teenagers to participate in activities that cause shortness of breath, rib bruising, and possible fractures. There are limited studies to determine the long-term effects on posture, too. This decision should be left up to parents, not schools that can’t seem to stop overreaching.

After Specializing in Abortions and Baby Body Part Sales, Planned Parenthood Now Raking in Dollars in Transgender Services

By Joe Hoft April 16, 2022

Planned Parenthood is the ring-leader in abortions and the sale of baby body parts.  Now the entity is making dough in the transgender industry.

There is probably no entity looked at in the US like Planned Parenthood.  The businesses it deals in are some of the most controversial industries in America.

Human Life International shared on Planned Parenthood:

The Planned Parenthood Federation of America is one of 134 member associations of the gigantic International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), which works in 142 nations on every continent. It joins two other multinational non-governmental organizations that do the most damage to faith, life and family in the world — the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), the architect and supporter of the Chinese forced abortion program, and the Population Council, founded and supported by eugenicists, now serving as the guiding hand behind population suppression efforts all over the world.

Planned Parenthood Abortion Statistics

  • Planned Parenthood commits about 40% of abortions in the United States
  • Their annual abortion count is up to 354,871 and growing
  • 96.9% of pregnant women who seek help at Planned Parenthood have abortions.

We also know that this global entity is involved in the sale of baby body parts. This was uncovered in some heroic reporting by the Center for Medical Progress.

From the CMP website: “Citizen journalists at CMP spent two-and-a-half years logging thousands of research hours to painstakingly gather hundreds of hours of undercover footage, dozens of eye-witness testimonies, and nearly two hundred pages of primary source documents.”

In exposing the illegal and barbaric practice of harvesting aborted baby parts for profit, the videos document the relationship between Planned Parenthood and the biotech firm StemExpress, which buys and resells aborted baby body parts for medical research.

The individuals who first reported on this have been attacked by the left.  In a court case a judge ruled that these whistleblowers should pay Planned Parenthood $16 million but the judge had connections to Planned Parenthood.

Later in 2020, there was more information that Planned Parenthood was involved in selling baby body parts.

Now Planned Parenthood is getting into the transgender business. This is a cash cow for Planned Parenthood.

It now looks like Planned Parenthood is the go-to entity for transgenders.

By getting into transgender work, Planned Parenthood can claim less of its work is for abortions on a percentage of revenues while profitting from this new industry.

Planned Parenthood could not be more evil to Christian conservatives if it tried.

Governor proclaims female swimmer as REAL winner in race won by trans athlete

‘We need to stop allowing or organizations like the NCAA to perpetuate frauds’

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis recognized Sarasota native Emma Weyant as the fastest woman competitor in the NCAA championship 500-yard freestyle race in a Tuesday proclamation.

“We’re doing a proclamation, saying that Emma is the best female swimmer in the 500 freestyle because she earned that and we need to stop allowing or organizations like the NCAA to perpetuate frauds on the public,” DeSantis said. “And that’s exactly what they’re doing. They are putting ideology ahead of opportunity for women athletes.”

The governor’s office criticized the NCAA’s decision to allow transgender athletes who are biologically male to compete against women, according to a statement.

“Not only is it unfair for males to compete in women’s sports, but it is ridiculous for the NCAA to deny material reality — and demand that all Americans play along with their charade,” DeSantis’ press secretary Christina Pushaw told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Weyant, an Olympian, won a silver medal in the NCAA Women’s 500 Free competition Thursday, second to transgender swimmer Lia Thomas, who competed on the University of Pennsylvania men’s team for three years before adopting a female identity. Thomas beat her by 1.75 seconds.

“In Florida, we stand for the truth. We will always reject the Left’s attempts to impose an absurd ideology that ignores the existence of biological sex,” Pushaw told the DCNF.

Florida passed the Fairness In Women’s Sports Act in early 2021, prompting a response from the NCAA, which allows transgender athlete participation in line with International Olympic Committee standards.

“Emma is the best female swimmer in the 500 freestyle because she earned that and we need to stop allowing or organizations like the NCAA to perpetuate frauds on the public,” DeSantis said in the proclamation. “If the NCAA was willing to actually ensure the integrity of women’s competition, she would’ve been crowned national champion.”

Christian and Former Superman Actor Dean Cain Reacts to Superman Being Bisexual

By Jesse T. Jackson -October 13, 2021

Superman

In 1938, DC Comics introduced Superman, its first costumed superhero. Today, Superman remains arguably the world’s best-known superhero. In his next comic book appearance, the Man of Steel will come out as bisexual.

Superman Is Bisexual?

On Monday, DC Comics announced that Jon Kent, the fictional son of the original Superman (Clark Kent) and current Superman, will be taking a “bold new direction” on November 9, 2021. Much like his father, Kent will fall in love with a reporter. But unlike Clark Kent, his son will become romantically involved with another man.

The announcement was made on National Coming Out Day, a day members of the LGBTQ community celebrate making their sexual orientation known.

The story, which will appear in SUPERMAN: SON OF KAL-EL #5, will follow Jon Kent’s journey of becoming mentally and physically burnt out as a superhero. Reporter and romantic interest Jay Nakamura will be there to care for the weary superhero.

One of the issue’s writers said in a statement, “Superman’s symbol has always stood for hope, for truth and for justice. Today, that symbol represents something more. Today, more people can see themselves in the most powerful superhero in comics.”

DC Chief Creative Officer and Publisher Jim Lee said, “We couldn’t be prouder to tell this important story. We talk a lot about the power of the DC Multiverse in our storytelling, and this is another incredible example. We can have Jon Kent exploring his identity in the comics, as well as Jon Kent learning the secrets of his family on TV on Superman & Lois. They coexist in their own worlds and times, and our fans get to enjoy both simultaneously.”

Jon Kent was introduced in July 2015 in the Convergence: Superman #2.

Earlier this year, Marvel Comics introduced its first gay Captain America. That version of the character was the first LGBTQ hero to appear in the Marvel franchise’s 80-year history.

Former Superman Dean Cain Reacts

Hollywood actor and Christian Dean Cain played Superman in the hit television series Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman. A day after DC Comics’ announcement, Cain appeared on “Fox & Friends,” where he described the decision to portray Superman as bisexual as “bandwagoning.”

“I don’t think it’s bold or brave or some crazy new direction,” the God’s Not Dead actor said. “If they had done this 20 years ago, perhaps that would be bold or brave. But brave would be having him fight for the rights of gay people in Iran where they’ll throw you off a building for the offense of being gay.”

Cain offered suggestions as to what the Man of Steel should be focusing on, saying, “Why don’t they have him fight the injustices that created the refugees whose deportation he’s protesting? That would be brave. I’d read that — or fighting for the rights of women to attend school and work and live, and boys not to be raped by men under the new warm and fuzzy Taliban.”

The former Superman continued, “There’s real evil in this world today, real corruption and government overreach…It’d be great to tackle those issues. I’d like to see the character doing that.”

Earlier this year, Cain told Christian Post, “I am certainly a person of faith. I’m Christian, my son went to a Christian high school, and he was raised Christian. We’ve discussed religion ad nauseam, and back and forth.”

“I like making movies of faith and discussing faith and showing faith in a positive light,” Cain said. “I feel like there’s been a real big-time attack on Christianity and morality in a sense recently, and I don’t agree with it.”

Al Mohler and Others Respond

Southern Baptist Theological Seminary’s president Dr. Albert Mohler spoke about DC Comics’ decision on his podcast The Briefing, calling it really “big news.” Mohler said, “The ideology behind the bisexual Superman — it can change characters, but it can’t reverse creation.” Mohler dedicated the majority of his 23-minute briefing to Monday’s announcement.

Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary’s president Daniel Akin responded on Twitter to a CNN opinion piece about the power of a queer Superman, saying, “CNN—There is no power in this, just more gender confusion with respect to how our good God wisely and distinctly made us male and female.”

Founder of G3 Ministries Dr. Josh Buice tweeted, “For those who are outraged that DC Comics would aim their woke cannon at Superman (a character who once symbolized masculinity) by turning him into an effeminate homosexual—be more outraged when Big Eva turns the woke cannon on Jesus and his Church. #NotWoke

VIDEO Virginia Parents Set Example for Standing Up to Leftist School Board Bullies – Court Rules in Virginia Teacher’s Favor, Okay to Express Religious Opposition to Transgender Policy

One thing was for sure: they didn’t come to be quiet. The parents of Loudoun County, Va. who were packed into every available chair at Tuesday’s school board meeting were angry. For months, they’d been warring with the district over its woke curriculum in a feud so bitter that it made the national news. But it was the suspension of Tanner Cross, a P.E. teacher who spoke out about a new transgender policy, that turned the local temperature from hot to boiling.

For new superintendent Scott Ziegler, who watched the room slowly unravel, it was not what he had imagined for his first day. Ziegler had been on the job as the interim boss, but Tuesday’s fireworks were nothing like he’d experienced. One parent after another stormed to the microphone to object to either Cross’s treatment or the district’s string of radical policies. At one point, a dad slammed down a copy of the First Amendment, looked up to the dais, and bellowed, “I’m going to leave this here, and I hope you learn something.” For four hours, they took turns telling the board to stop “instilling progressive Left ideas [in] our children.” “It’s not appropriate,” one mother said, “to silence, bully, or dismiss our views as parents.”

Waving dozens of signs that read “You’re fired!” or “Stop Critical Race Theory!” they were the picture of the new conservative uprising. Right now, one dad insisted Loudoun County Public Schools “is ground zero for parents like me to protect our kids and take back our schools.” And if Tuesday night is any indication, they’ll do anything they can to make the district listen. If that means going door-to-door in 90 degree weather to recall school board members, they’ll do it. If it means filing lawsuits against the schools’ curriculum, they’ll do that too. If it means showing up at rallies for a Christian teacher who wants his students to know the truth, they’ll bring their friends.

It’s a snapshot of what’s happening in school districts all across America. Parents are awake, they’re engaged, and they’re lighting a fire under local communities to stand up and fight back. In Rapid City, South Dakota this week, local families were so frustrated by the indoctrination in their district that they organized a boots-on-the-ground campaign — a lot like the parents of Southlake, Tex. did — and managed to sweep all four open seats on the school board with conservatives. Like their counterparts in Loudoun, they refuse to take this radical takeover lying down. And when people speak out — like Tanner did — it gives others the courage to do the same.

Cross’s attorney at Alliance Defending Freedom said they talked to a lot of teachers at the school who agree with Tanner, but they’re scared to come forward. Thanks to Circuit Judge James E. Plowman Jr., they don’t have to be afraid anymore. In a reproachful ruling Tuesday, Plowman ordered Loudoun County to reinstate Cross, calling what the district did “an unnecessary and vindictive act.” It was an “unconstitutional” action, he wrote, and it has “silenced others from speaking publicly on the issue.”

The order to reinstate Tanner was cheered by the district’s biggest critics, who argued at Tuesday’s meeting that no teacher should ever be punished for advocating for the good of their students.

“What we need,” Tanner’s ADF attorney, Tyson Langhofer, argued on “Washington Watch,” is more teachers “engag[ing] in the political process.” Look, Tyson said, “the First Amendment hasn’t changed. The principles [of free speech and religious freedom] are still here — and if they’re willing to stand, we can win this battle. But we can’t win if they won’t stand. We can cancel Cancel Culture if people have the courage to stand. And I will encourage them to do what Tanner did, simply speak the truth and then the truth will set you free. You will prevail eventually.” And here’s the thing, he pointed out. “I’ve represented a lot of clients like Tanner, and none of them have ever told me that they regret taking the stand. That doesn’t mean that they didn’t pay some price. But what they gained out of it was far more valuable than anything that they lost.”

As for Tanner, he’s just excited to get back in the classroom before the summer ends. But he hopes his case gives many people in the district something to think about before next fall.

“I don’t want any teacher — or anyone who lives in this great country — to not be able to express how they feel about any policies in their workplace that might be harmful…I would encourage teachers to just express themselves freely.” Hopefully, he added, they won’t be punished. But if they are, we’ve learned one thing: the local community will have their back.

Court Rules in Virginia Teacher’s Favor, Okay to Express Religious Opposition to Transgender Policy

By Elisabeth Nieshalla | June 9, 2021

(CNS News) — On Tuesday, the Circuit Court for the County of Loudoun, Va., ruled to reinstate Byron Tanner Cross to his teaching position after the Loudoun County Public Schools suspended him for voicing his concerns at a school board meeting that a transgender policy under consideration violated his beliefs and was harmful to children.

Tanner is a physical education teacher at the Leesburg Elementary School in Loudoun County. He has been a teacher for 15 years.

“The Court finds that the Plaintiff’s speech and religious content are central to the determination made by the Defendants to suspend Plaintiff’s employment,” reads the decision, and Cross was granted a temporary injunction.

While the case is still being litigated, Judge James E. Plowman Jr. directed the Loudoun County Public Schools to reinstate Tanner to his position and stop banning him from school property.

“I will not affirm that a biological boy can be a girl and vice versa because it is against my religion,” Cross stated on May 25 during the public comments portion of the meeting. “It’s lying to a child. It’s abuse to a child. And it’s sinning against our God.”

Two days later, he was placed on administrative leave, with LCPS claiming he caused “significant disruption” at the school “including multiple complaints and parents requesting that Mr. Cross have no interaction with their children because of his comments,” according to a LCPS representative.(Getty Images) (Getty Images)

“This case is not about how schools should treat students who struggle with gender dysphoria,” the Alliance Defending Freedom, representing Cross, stated in the official complaint. “It is about whether public schools can punish a teacher for objecting, as a private citizen, to a proposed policy, in a forum designated for the purpose of considering whether to implement such policies, where the policy would force him to express ideas about human nature, unrelated to the school’s curriculum, that he believes are false.”

The hearing took place on June 4, where ADF attorney Logan Spena and Senior Counsel Tyson Langhofer represented Cross. Afterwards, at a rally for Cross, Langhofer told CNS News that he believed the judge conducted a fair hearing, and he was hopeful for a ruling in their favor.

The ADF stated in a press release announcing Cross’ victory, “With this ruling, the court sent a clear message to the school board: ‘You are not above the law.’”

The court ruling said, “Upholding constitutional rights serves the public interest. Affirming the unconstitutional action taken against [Tanner] which has silenced others from speaking publicly on this issue, serves the public interest. The public’s knowledge that [Tanner’s] speech was permissible, is encouraged, and is free from governmental oppression serves the public interest. Governmental bodies being held in check for violating a citizen’s constitutional rights, serves the public interest.”

CNN Blasted as ‘Propaganda’ for Asserting ‘It’s Not Possible’ to Know Sex at Birth

Michael Foust | ChristianHeadlines.com Contributor | Thursday, April 1, 2021

A tiny baby, CNN Blasted as Propaganda for Claiming ‘It’s Not Possible’ to Know Sex at Birth

A CNN news story claiming “it’s not possible” to know a person’s gender or sex at birth was widely panned across social media this week, mainly because it was stated as a non-debatable fact.

The story focused on two executive orders by South Dakota Republican Gov. Kristi Noem prohibiting males from competing in female sports. The article was highly critical of her position.

“It’s not possible to know a person’s gender identity at birth, and there is no consensus criteria for assigning sex at birth,” the CNN story said.

It didn’t take long for Christians and conservatives to notice the sentence.

“If you act like a propaganda outlet, people are going to treat you like a propaganda outlet. This is blatant @CNN,” tweeted Denny Burk, director of the Center for Gospel and Culture at Boyce College in Louisville, Ky.

“This is CNN. Unbelievable,” tweeted conservative radio host Erick Erickson.

“We live in a literal clown world where the elites pretend not to know what it means to be a man or a woman. The only way to maintain your sanity is to reject this absolute nonsense everywhere you see it,” tweeted author Allie Beth Stuckey.

“Actually, there is a scientific consensus for ‘assigning sex at birth.’ It’s called observation, coupled with a basic understanding of mammalian and human biology,” tweeted Hot Air senior editor Ed Morrissey.

“Hey @CNN, you wrote, ‘It’s not possible to know a person’s gender identity at birth, and there is no consensus criteria for assigning sex at birth.’ Call me, and I’ll explain the criteria to you in 15 seconds,” tweeted David Prince, pastor of Ashland Avenue Baptist Church in Lexington, Ky.

One person tweeted, sarcastically, “Wonder if CNN would help me out and announce it’s ‘Not Possible To Know A Person’s Income On Tax Day.’”

The website eventually tweaked the sentence, although the change did little to appease Christians and other conservatives’ concerns. The new sentence read: “It’s not possible to know a person’s gender identity at birth, and for some people, the sex listed on their original birth certificate is a misleading way of describing the body they have.”

VIDEO School Coloring Book: ‘Everyone Gets to Choose if They Are a Girl or a Boy or Both or Neither or Something Else’ – If I Were The Devil

By Craig Bannister | January 26, 2021

An Iowa public school district will devote February 1-5, 2021 to teaching Black Lives Matter (BLM) “guiding principles” – such as telling young children that they can choose any gender they want, even if that means making up a new one.

While it is not officially affiliated with the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement, teachers will indoctrinate students regarding 13 BLM “guiding principles,” the Ames, Iowa Community School District (CSD) says on its website.

The “Black Lives Matter at Schools Week of Action” will focus, not just on affirming “all Black identities,” but also on transforming “non-Black, particularly white students,” the website explains:

“The Black Lives Matter at School movement, which is not formally affiliated with the Black Lives Matter Global Network or any other organization in the Movement for Black Lives, is a push to improve schools for Black students, teachers, and families. The movement is a call to schools across the nation to say and show that Black lives matter within the school walls and in the policies and practices that impact the lives and futures of Black students. The Week of Action is a time set aside to affirm all Black identities by centering Black voices, empowering students, and teaching about Black experiences beyond slavery.

“This week of action not only benefits Black students but can also be transformative for non-Black students, particularly white students. Due in large part to school and residential segregation, white students often get a narrow view of blackness from their lived experiences.”

One of the “identities” teachers will affirm and promote are non-biological gender identities chosen by students.

As MRCTV.org reports, a “BLM Coloring Book” teaches young students about “transgender affirming” and “queer affirming” notions:

“Among the educational tools linked to the Ames website are the ‘Kid-Friendly’ versions of BLM’s ‘13 Principles’ for early childhood and elementary education. These principles include ‘transgender affirming’ and ‘queer affirming’ and these topics are offered as pages in a BLM coloring book for younger age groups.”

On the “Transgender Affirming” coloring page, children are told:

“Everybody has the right to choose their own gender by listening to their own heart and mind. Everyone gets to choose if they are a girl or a boy or both or neither or something else, and no one else gets to choose for them.”

(Screenshot)

The principle, as stated on the school district’s website, is less direct in its language:

“We are committed to embracing and making space for trans siblings to participate and lead. We are committed to being self-reflexive and doing the work required to dismantle cis-gender privilege and uplift Black trans folk, especially Black trans women who continue to be disproportionately impacted by trans-antagonistic violence.”

The “Queer Affirming” page promotes “freeing ourselves from the tight grip of heteronormative thinking”:

“We are committed to fostering a queer-affirming network. When we gather, we do so with the intention of freeing ourselves from the tight grip of heteronormative thinking, or rather, the belief that all in the world are heterosexual unless he/she or they disclose otherwise.”
